Managing more than one profile

Own several profiles from one account, switch between them, and see how billing works for each.

One account can own more than one profile — a personal page and a business page, say, or a separate profile per project. Each profile is fully independent: its own username and public address, its own pages and blocks, its own links, design, analytics, and subscription.

This is different from multiple pages, which live inside a single profile and share one address. If you just want to split your content by topic or audience, see "Multiple pages" first — you may not need a second profile at all.

Switching between profiles

The admin navigation drawer shows which profile you’re currently editing. Open that "Editing" menu and choose "Switch profile" to see every profile you can act on, each labelled with your role on it — owner or editor. Picking one switches the whole admin area over to it: Content, Links, Design, Analytics, and everything else then acts on that profile.

Your choice is remembered, so you come back to the same profile you were last editing rather than having to re-pick it each time.

Creating another profile

From that same "Editing" menu, choose "Create new profile" and claim a username for it, the same way you claimed your first one — availability is checked as you type. Once claimed, the new profile becomes the one you’re editing and you’re taken to plan selection, since publishing it needs its own subscription. You can skip that step and come back to it later; the profile is yours either way.

Each profile is billed separately

Building and editing a profile is always free. Publishing one live requires an active or trialing subscription on that specific profile — a subscription on one profile doesn’t cover another.

Billing, in the Account section of the navigation drawer, lists every profile you own with its current status, and lets you subscribe or open the billing portal for each one individually. Profiles you collaborate on but don’t own aren’t listed there — billing is always the owner’s to manage.

Collaborators

Inviting someone else to help run one of your profiles isn’t available yet. Team, in the navigation drawer, is where it will live once it ships.

If you already have an editor role on someone else’s profile, it shows up in "Switch profile" alongside your own, and you can edit its content, links, and design. Publishing, billing, and connecting a custom domain stay with that profile’s owner.
