Publishing your page

Building and editing your page is free — nothing you do in the Content, Links, or Design tabs goes live on its own. Clicking Publish is what actually makes your current content visible at your public profile address.

Publishing renders your current profile — every page, all its blocks, your design settings — into a single static page and puts it live at your username’s subdomain. Each publish replaces whatever was there before.

The subscription requirement

Publishing requires an active (or trialing) paid subscription on that profile. This applies per profile — if you create a second profile under a different username, it needs its own subscription too, separate from your first one’s.

If you click Publish without an active subscription, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan instead of publishing. Editing your content and design never requires a subscription — only Publish does.
