See who’s signed up through your signup form blocks, grouped into lists, and export their details.
Audience (in your profile menu, alongside Content/Design/Branded links) shows everyone who’s signed up through a signup form block on your page, grouped into the lists you chose for them. Each list shows how many people have confirmed their subscription and how many have signed up in total.
Open a list to see its individual contacts — email, name and phone number if you collected them, status, and answers to any questions you added to the form. This detail view is only visible to a profile’s owner, since it contains visitor contact details; any collaborator can see the Audience overview and list counts. Download a CSV of a list’s contacts from the button at the top of its page.
A list’s contacts view shows up to the newest 500 signups. If a list has more than that, the page tells you and the CSV export includes only those 500.
